PA/EA, salary £35-40k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA/EA looking to take on a new challenge. Our client is a prestigious thinking and research consultancy with the highest professional standards in both working environment and results. They need their PA to start temp to perm, so you need to start as soon as possible with a view to becoming permanent. The role is diverse and entails the provision of complete secretarial, administrative, and research support services to directors.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Providing PA support to multiple Directors
  • Diary management including international travel; arrangement of visas, where appropriate; hotel booking etc.
  • Organisation of meetings
  • Devising and maintain office systems to efficiently deal with files and paperwork
  • First point of contact for team, directing queries and handling any issues
  • Assisting with research and special projects when required
  • Responsible for recruitment of new employees
  • Planning and coordinating both external and internal meetings, along with client workshops
  • Ensuring the website is updated and maintained accordingly
  • Creating staff documents

The team is diverse and the offices are centrally located in London with stunning surroundings. The ideal candidate will have a degree level education and several years’ experience, preferably from a pharmaceutical or health background. They will be comfortable and confident interacting with senior individuals.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English alongside excellent communication skills
  • Degree level education preferable
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to gather and interpret information
  • Solid understanding of budget and finance
  • Organisational and administrative aptitude with an ability to use one’s own initiative
  • Enthusiasm and diligence
  • Understanding of importance of time management and ability to prioritise
