Operations Coordinator

One of our favourite clients, a not-for-profit based in London is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the operations and audit department with key administration and client support. They are very well known in their field and we receive fantastic feedback from candidates who have joined!

This Operations Coordinator role will suit someone who can demonstrate attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. On a daily basis you will be liaising with senior management, other members of your team and customers both over the phone and through extensive written communications. Day to day tasks might involve training customers on the e-learning tool, formatting and editing key documents and reports or booking in travel and accommodation for team members – this is a varied role as you can see!

We see this role really suiting someone with some previous administration or team support/PA experience who likes to be in a busy role! A good level of Word and Excel is needed and if someone has experience of Moodle or any other document sharing system that would be of benefit.
