Office Coordinator
£11 p/h
6 month contract initially

Amazing opportunity for a switched-on Office Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. With offices located in easily accessible central London, our client is a professional membership body that operates in the healthcare sector. They are looking for a capable and confident Office Coordinator to take responsibility for running the office.

Duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors, answering telephone calls and email enquires, and arranging conference calls
  • Booking travel and accommodation as required
  • Managing the boardroom calendar and organising catering for meetings
  • Liaising with various external companies
  • Maintaining an up to date electronic filing system
  • General administrative duties
  • Ordering stationery
  • Issuing the mail and franking outgoing post, booking couriers and managing deliveries
  • Deputising for the PA to the President and CO in their absence
  • Representing the organisation at external events

Our client is looking for an Office Coordinator with drive and enthusiasm, along with previous experience working in a busy office environment. The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication competencies
  • Brilliant copywriting skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team working abilities, along with ability to work autonomously
  • Proven experience of building good working relationships with individuals
